Q. How long will it take to receive my order? 

A. Most of our items ship in 3-5 business days (Excluding Sat/Sun/ and Holidays) If more time is needed we will contact you in advance.

Q. What if I receive my fabric and I change my mind?

A. All fabrics, notions, trims etc... are all FINAL SALE. Please select your items carefully.

 

 Q. How often do you add new fabric/notions/patches etc?

A. Very often! We're  ALWAYS adding new goodies  to our site so check back frequently.  (also subscribe to our newsletter for new arrival updates)

 

Q. What is a Fabric swatch?

A. If you would like to touch/see your fabric before you buy it we will mail out up to two different small cuts of your selected fabrics. Please note a fabric swatch request does not hold your fabric selection.

 

 Q. If a fabric is listed as SOLD OUT will it be restocked?

A. No, once a particular fabric is gone It's gone forever!! We may restock or duplicate a particular fabric but the colors will not be the same...So if you see an item you like,....Hurry up and buy!...LOL:)

 

 Q. How can I track my order?

A. You will receive two confirmation emails. Once you place your order, and once your order has been shipped, we will then email your tracking confirmation number from USPS.

 

Q. How do I use my store credit?

A. Put in your code at checkout, where it asks for your store credit or coupon code.Then click apply, It will automactically deduct from your total or  single item amount.
